Strawberry Wine Punch (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 1 pint fresh raspberries, washed carefully
02 - 2 cups strawberries, cleaned, hulled, sliced up
03 - 1 lemon, thin rings, scrubbed first

→ Base

04 - 120 millilitres homemade sugar syrup
05 - 170 grams pink lemonade concentrate, frozen
06 - 1 litre bubbly club soda
07 - 1.5 litres Sauvignon Blanc, cold from the fridge

# How to Make It:

01 - Pour club soda in and add a handful of ice right before you pass it around. Give everything a gentle swirl, fill your glasses, and decorate if you like.
02 - Toss in the lemon slices, strawberries, and raspberries. Let them sit in the mix for about 10 or 15 minutes so the flavors really come through. Stir gently so the fruit doesn’t break up too much.
03 - Grab a big pitcher and pour in the Sauvignon Blanc. Tip in your pink lemonade mix, then slowly stir it so everything blends. Don’t rush it.
04 - In a bowl, use a whisk to mix together the sugar syrup and frozen pink lemonade until you’ve got a smooth mix. That’s your sweet, citrusy base.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If your drink dispenser has a tap, you might want to pop some cheesecloth inside over the spout so big fruit bits don’t jam things up.
02 - To save leftovers, fish out the lemon slices and ice, stash in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze the sangria for later.
03 - Makes a crowd-pleasing amount. Halve everything if you’re just hanging with a few friends.
04 - Sip slow and steady—this one’s got booze.
