07 - 8 cups angel food cake, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Using a hand or stand mixer, beat the chilled heavy cream at medium speed until stiff peaks form, approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine the cold 2% milk, plain yogurt, and instant vanilla pudding mix. Beat until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
03 - Gently fold the orange zest and whipped cream into the pudding mixture until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
04 - In a 3-quart trifle bowl, layer half of the cubed angel food cake. Arrange one third of the sliced strawberries along the sides and over the cake. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the strawberries. Repeat the layering once more and finish with the remaining berries on top.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled dish for at least two hours to enhance flavor and texture before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For variety, substitute strawberries with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, peaches, or bananas. Toasted sliced almonds can be added as a garnish.
