# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine sliced strawberries with granulated sugar in a bowl and let macerate for 10 minutes.
02 - Flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin to increase pliability.
03 - Stir a pinch of cinnamon into the macerated strawberries to infuse flavor.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and remaining cinnamon until blended.
05 - Place a heaping tablespoon of strawberry mixture on one end of each flattened slice, roll tightly, and tuck to seal edges.
06 - Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Dip each roll into the egg mixture and place seam side down. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining rolls, adding butter as necessary.
07 - Dust roll-ups with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm with maple syrup.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Flattening the bread helps prevent cracking when rolling and ensures even cooking.
