Strawberry Oats (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Zest and juice from half a lemon
02 - 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese
03 - About 1/4 cup chopped strawberries, fresh
04 - 0 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
05 - Dash of salt
06 - Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
07 - 1 tablespoon ground flax meal or chia seeds
08 - 2/3 cup your favorite unsweetened milk
09 - 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
10 - 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

# How to Make It:

01 - Cover everything up and stash the jar or container in the fridge at least 4 hours, but you’ll get the best texture if it hangs out overnight. That way, the oats soak up the milk and it all gets nice and creamy.
02 - Scoop your mixture into a sealable jar or container.
03 - Take a bowl and throw in the yogurt, oats, milk, flax meal or chia, vanilla, salt, honey or maple syrup, cream cheese, plus lemon zest and juice. Stir it until it's smooth and blended, then gently mix in the strawberries last.

01 - If you like it sweeter, just add extra honey or maple—whatever suits you.
