# How to Make It:

- Combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Pour wet ingredients into dry, mixing until the dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5–7 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
- Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in finely chopped strawberries and strawberry jam until thoroughly combined.
- Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well blended.
- Punch down the risen dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface into a 12 x 18 inch rectangle. Evenly spread cinnamon-sugar mixture over dough, then layer strawberry cheesecake filling on top. Roll dough into a tight log from the long side. Slice into 12 even rolls. Arrange rolls in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish, spacing evenly. Cover and let rolls rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and baked through.
- While rolls bake, beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Gradually add milk to reach a pourable yet thick consistency.
- Drizzle cream cheese glaze generously over slightly cooled rolls. Serve warm for optimal texture and flavor.
