10 - 10 grams fresh ginger, grated
11 - 2 grams red pepper flakes

12 - 200 grams rice noodles

13 - 10 grams fresh cilantro, chopped

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Cook rice noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and cook ground chicken until browned and cooked through.
03 - Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Stir in peanut butter, tomato paste, chili paste, soy sauce or tamari, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes, mixing thoroughly to combine.
05 - Pour in water and simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
06 - Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss everything together until noodles are well coated with the sauce.
07 - Sprinkle chopped cilantro and roasted peanuts on top before serving.
