# Ingredients Required:

→ Noodles

01 - 450 grams brown rice noodles

→ Sauce

02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
05 - 120 grams creamy peanut butter
06 - 60 milliliters soy sauce or tamari
07 - 120 milliliters hot water
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
11 - 15 milliliters maple syrup or honey
12 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Prepare brown rice noodles according to package instructions until tender; drain and set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
03 - Remove pan from heat and whisk in creamy peanut butter, soy sauce or tamari, hot water, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, maple syrup or honey, and red pepper flakes if using, until smooth and well combined.
04 - Gradually add the sauce to the cooked noodles, tossing gently to ensure even coating.
05 - Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with preferred toppings such as chopped peanuts or green onions if desired.
