# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef

09 - 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
10 - 1 cup sour cream
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
13 - 1 teaspoon cumin
14 - Salt and pepper, as needed
15 - Fresh cilantro, cut up (for topping)

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Grab a big skillet and cook beef with chopped onion over medium heat until meat turns brown and onions get soft. Pour off any extra fat.
03 - Throw in your tomatoes with chilies, both soup cans, corn, black beans, and all your spices. Stir it all up good.
04 - Take half your broken chips and place them on the bottom of your greased dish.
05 - Dump the beef mix on top of those chips and make sure it's spread out nice and even.
