Apple Caramel Snickers (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 8 oz Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped until thick
02 - 3/4 cup whole milk
03 - 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix

→ Fruit

04 - 6 Granny Smith apples, set one aside for topping

→ Candy

05 - 6 regular Snickers bars, set one aside for topping

→ Topping

06 - 1/4 cup caramel drizzle, if you want

# How to Make It:

01 - Toss instant vanilla pudding mix in a big bowl with the milk and whisk until it’s smooth. Gently blend in your whipped topping or whipped cream.
02 - Chop up five Granny Smith apples after coring them, but save one for later. If you’re prepping early, a splash of lemon juice or even a little 7-Up can keep the pieces from turning brown, just dry them with a paper towel after.
03 - Slice up five Snickers into chunks, set the last one aside for topping later.
04 - Stir those chopped apples and Snickers pieces into your pudding mix so it’s all nicely mixed. Cover it up and chill in the fridge until it’s time to eat.
05 - Right before you dig in, cut up that last apple and Snickers bar. Pile them on top and drizzle caramel over everything if you want. That’s it!

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you’re using homemade whipped cream, beat 1 cup of cold heavy cream until it gets nice and firm. Sweeten it and flavor how you like.
02 - Keeping apples bright is simple—just toss with a bit of lemon juice or even lemon-lime soda to help them not brown.
