Chicken Caesar Tacos (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Layer

01 - 500 g chicken mince
02 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
03 - Salt (however much you like)
04 - Ground black pepper (as you prefer)

→ Assembly

05 - 3 tablespoons beef bacon crumble
06 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
07 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
08 - 1/2 head romaine lettuce, thin strips
09 - 8 small flour tortillas

→ For Cooking

10 - Avocado oil for the pan

# How to Make It:

01 - Toss chicken mince with garlic powder, some salt, and pepper in a bowl. Give it a good mix so all the flavors mingle.
02 - Press a skinny layer of seasoned chicken on one side of each tortilla. Smoosh it down well so it sticks tight.
03 - Brush a little avocado oil in a hot pan. Lay the tortillas chicken-side down. Let them go for 2–3 minutes till the chicken goes golden and cooks through.
04 - Turn the tortillas over and let the plain side get a bit crisped up, too.
05 - Throw on some sliced romaine, Parmesan, some bacon bits, and a squeeze of Caesar dressing. You can toss the lettuce and dressing together first if you like more zing.
06 - Bend the tacos in half and dig in while they're warm and crunchy.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Pushing the chicken down hard on your tortilla helps it stay put and cooks it evenly.
02 - Mix your lettuce with dressing first for a real Caesar salad-style bite.
