# Ingredients Required:

01 - 900 grams chicken thighs, bone-in or boneless

→ Dry Seasoning

02 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
03 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

→ Sauce

07 - 120 milliliters ketchup
08 - 60 milliliters soy sauce
09 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 45 milliliters honey or brown sugar
11 - 15 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
12 - 5 milliliters sriracha

→ Other

13 - 1-2 tablespoons cooking oil

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine ketchup, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey or brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl. Stir until well blended and set aside.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the seasoning blend.
03 - Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken thighs carefully and cook for approximately 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
04 - Transfer seared chicken thighs to the slow cooker. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
05 - Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 74°C (165°F) and is tender. Serve with sauce spooned over and garnish with fresh chopped green onions if desired.
