14 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, cut small
15 - 120 millilitres stock made from beef
16 - 1 tablespoon sauce from Worcestershire

→ Optional Garnishes

17 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, cut small
18 - Cheese from Parmesan, grated up

# How to Make It:

01 - Dry your beef pieces really well with paper towels. Then sprinkle them all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder and that smoky paprika.
02 - Want more taste? Warm up some olive oil in a pan on medium-high. Cook the beef in small batches about 1-2 minutes each side till they're brown. Then put them aside.
03 - Grab a big bowl and mix your cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure they're all coated good.
04 - Take a little bowl and stir together your melted butter, chopped garlic, thyme, rosemary, beef stock, and that Worcestershire sauce. Mix it all up till it's smooth.
05 - Put your seasoned potatoes on the bottom of your slow cooker. Then lay your beef pieces on top. Pour all that garlic butter mix over everything so it's all coated.
06 - Put the lid on and cook it slow on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. It's done when you can easily stick a fork in both the beef and potatoes.
07 - Right before you serve it, toss some chopped parsley on top. If you're feeling fancy, add some grated Parmesan too. Serve it hot with some bread or a green salad if you'd like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You don't have to brown the beef first, but it does make it taste better if you've got the time.
02 - Try to use firmer potatoes like baby ones or Yukon Gold since they won't turn mushy while cooking.
03 - Fresh herbs smell and taste way better than dried ones if you can get them.
