Sizzling Steak Fajitas (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 680 grams flank steak, thinly sliced

02 - 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
04 - 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1 large red onion, sliced
06 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
07 - Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

→ Marinade

08 - Juice of 2 limes
09 - 45 milliliters olive oil
10 - 30 milliliters soy sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
12 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
13 - 1 teaspoon paprika
14 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Other

15 - 8 small flour tortillas
16 - Guacamole and sour cream for topping (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
02 - In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced flank steak and marinate for at least 2 hours.
03 - Add a small amount of oil to the skillet. Cook the steak slices in batches, searing each side for about 3 minutes until browned. Remove cooked steak from skillet and set aside.
04 - Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until tender and slightly charred.
05 - Return seared steak to the skillet and toss with the vegetables to heat through evenly.
06 - Warm the flour tortillas separately. Serve the steak and vegetable mixture on warm tortillas, garnished with fresh cilantro and optional guacamole or sour cream.
