06 - 200 ml heavy cream
07 - 50 g grated cheese of choice

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Ensure shrimp and scallops are fully thawed if frozen. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
02 - Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for approximately 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and scallops become opaque.
04 - Pour in white grape juice and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
05 - Transfer the seafood mixture into a baking dish. Evenly sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
