# Guide to Cooking:

- Coat shrimp evenly with seafood seasoning and set aside.

- Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the skillet. Cook hamburger meat and ground beef sausage until browning begins.
- Incorporate chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic into the skillet with the meats. Continue cooking until meats are fully browned and vegetables are softened.
- Add oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring continuously. Gradually pour in chicken broth while stirring to prevent lumps. Allow mixture to simmer gently for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir cooked rice into the skillet. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
- Return cooked shrimp to the skillet and fold into the rice and meat mixture. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
