01 - 450 g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

06 - 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)

07 - 120 ml white wine or chicken broth
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Herbs and Spices

09 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
10 - ½ teaspoon dried basil
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Dairy (optional)

13 - Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.
02 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
03 - Add diced tomatoes, white wine or chicken broth, dried oregano, and dried basil. Bring to a simmer and cook for approximately 10 minutes to meld flavors.
04 - Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink and is cooked through.
05 - Taste sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot over steamed white rice and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
