01 - 250 grams all-purpose flour

03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 60 grams unsalted butter, cold and cubed
05 - 180 milliliters milk

→ Sausage Gravy

06 - 450 grams breakfast sausage
07 - 30 grams all-purpose flour
08 - 480 milliliters milk
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Incorporate the cold butter by cutting it into the dry ingredients using a pastry cutter or fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the milk and gently stir until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
03 - Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently a few times. Pat the dough to approximately 2.5 cm thickness. Cut biscuits using a biscuit cutter and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
04 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon, for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through.
05 - Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste. Gradually add milk while stirring continuously. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder as desired.
06 - Split the warm biscuits and ladle the sausage gravy over them. Serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use cold butter and avoid overmixing the biscuit dough for tender, flaky biscuits.
