# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 18×28 cm or similar baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
02 - Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease and set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until fully blended.
04 - Evenly layer the cooked sausage, optional vegetables, and shredded cheese in the prepared baking dish. If using, scatter bread cubes evenly on top.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
