Tender roast beef and Swiss cheese layered on soft slider rolls with a flavorful buttery glaze.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Bread

01 - 12 slider rolls, horizontally sliced

→ Meat

02 - 340 grams thinly sliced roast beef

→ Cheese

03 - 8 to 10 slices Swiss cheese

→ Sauces and Condiments

04 - 60 milliliters mayonnaise
05 - 30 milliliters Dijon mustard

→ Glaze

06 - 57 grams unsalted butter
07 - 15 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
08 - 5 milliliters onion powder
09 - 2.5 milliliters garlic powder
10 - 1.25 milliliters salt
11 - 5 milliliters poppy seeds

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Lightly grease or line a 23x33 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
03 - In a saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and poppy seeds. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Place the bottom halves of the slider rolls in a single, even layer in the prepared baking dish.
05 - Spread the mayonnaise-Dijon mixture evenly over the bottom rolls. Layer half of the Swiss cheese slices, followed by all the roast beef, then the remaining cheese slices. Cover with the roll tops.
06 - Brush the tops generously with the prepared butter glaze. Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
08 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
09 - Allow the sliders to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Resting sliders before serving allows melted cheese to set slightly, making slicing easier and preserving juiciness.
