→ Marinade

02 - 80 milliliters soy sauce
03 - 30 grams peanut butter
04 - 25 grams brown sugar
05 - 30 milliliters vegetable oil
06 - 15 milliliters sesame oil
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 15 grams fresh ginger, grated
09 - 5 grams ground coriander
10 - 5 grams ground cumin
11 - 2.5 grams chili powder (optional)

→ Garnish

12 - 15 grams chopped fresh cilantro
13 - Lime wedges, as needed

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground coriander, cumin, and chili powder if using, until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours to develop flavor.
03 - Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat to ensure proper searing.
04 - Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off; discard leftover marinade. Grill the thighs for 6 to 7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 75°C and chicken is charred.
05 - Transfer chicken to a plate and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges alongside preferred peanut sauce.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Marinating chicken for longer enhances flavor intensity and tenderness.
