# Ingredients Required:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 240 ml fresh salsa verde
03 - 150 g shredded cheese blend (Monterey Jack and cheddar)
04 - 120 ml chopped onions
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 30 ml olive oil
07 - 60 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Lightly season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil to enhance flavor and promote even cooking.
02 - Spread a thin layer of salsa verde on the base of a baking dish. Arrange chicken breasts over the salsa, then spoon remaining salsa verde generously over each piece. Distribute chopped onions and minced garlic evenly atop and around the chicken.
03 - Cover the salsa-coated chicken with a generous sprinkle of shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend to create a savory crust.
04 - Place the dish in a preheated oven at 190°C and bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C and the cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly browned.
05 - Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve warm alongside desired accompaniments.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 74°C for optimal juiciness and safety.
