→ Seasoning

02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Liquid

06 - 480 milliliters beef or lamb broth
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 165°C. Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning rub.
02 - Rub the lamb shoulder evenly with the garlic and rosemary mixture. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pan and sear the lamb on all sides until browned.
03 - Pour broth into the pan, cover tightly, and roast the lamb shoulder in the oven for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
04 - Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest. Meanwhile, reduce the pan juices over medium heat to concentrate flavors and form a rich gravy.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Allow the meat to rest after roasting to retain juices and enhance tenderness.
