Roasted Rack Lamb (Printable Version)

Oven-roasted rack of lamb seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and thyme for tender, flavorful servings.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Main Protein

01 - 1 rack of lamb, approximately 680 to 900 grams

→ Marinade

02 - 30 milliliters olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 10 grams fresh rosemary, chopped
05 - 10 grams fresh thyme, chopped
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven temperature to 200°C to prepare for roasting.
02 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to create an aromatic marinade.
03 - Pat the rack of lamb dry with paper towels and place it meat side up in a roasting pan.
04 - Rub the marinade evenly over the entire lamb rack. Let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
05 - Place the lamb in the preheated oven and roast for approximately 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 54°C for medium-rare doneness.
06 - Remove the lamb from the oven and tent it loosely with foil. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes to redistribute the juices.
07 - Slice the rack into individual chops along the bones and serve immediately.
