02 - 45 ml olive oil or melted butter
03 - 5 g garlic powder
04 - 5 g smoked paprika
05 - 2.5 g onion powder
06 - 2.5 g dried thyme
07 - 5 g salt, or to taste
08 - 2.5 g black pepper

09 - Grated Parmesan cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1.9 cm thick rounds, leaving the core intact to hold the steaks together.
03 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Brush this mixture evenly onto both sides of each cabbage steak.
04 - Arrange the cabbage steaks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden brown and crispy.
05 - Transfer roasted cabbage steaks to plates and optionally sprinkle with grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley before serving.
