02 - 70 g finely chopped pistachios
03 - 60 ml pure honey, plus extra for drizzling
04 - 5 ml vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a mixing bowl, blend ricotta cheese, finely chopped pistachios, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.
02 - Taste the mixture and add additional honey if a sweeter profile is preferred.
03 - Shape the mixture into approximately 2.5 cm diameter balls using hands or a small cookie scoop.
04 - Roll each formed ball gently in remaining chopped pistachios to ensure an even coating.
05 - Arrange the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes to firm up.
06 - Remove from refrigerator, drizzle with additional honey, and garnish optionally with edible flowers or extra pistachios before serving.
