In the crock pot, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly.

Place chicken breasts into the sauced crock pot and coat evenly with the mixture.

Cover and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours until chicken is fully cooked.

Remove chicken and shred it using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the crock pot and stir into the sauce.
