03 - 60 ml pineapple juice
04 - 50 g brown sugar
05 - 15 g garlic, minced
06 - 15 g ginger, minced
07 - 15 ml ketchup
08 - 15 ml sesame oil

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, ketchup, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl until the sugar dissolves.
02 - Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to infuse flavors.
03 - Heat the grill to medium-high temperature, approximately 200°C.
04 - Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 74°C and the meat is thoroughly cooked.
