Cheesy Quiche Bagels (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Bagel Shells

01 - 2 bagels, whatever type you like
02 - Butter for greasing the pan

→ Quiche Filling

03 - 4 eggs, large size
04 - 120 ml cream, heavy type
05 - 60 g cheese that's been shredded - try cheddar, mozzarella or mix them up
06 - 60 g bacon or sausage that's already cooked and broken into bits (skip if you want)
07 - 60 g spinach that's been cooked or other veggies like mushrooms, peppers, or onions
08 - Salt and black pepper, just enough for your taste

→ Garnish

09 - 1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped (only if you want it)

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 190°C and take a baking tray and smear some butter on it.
02 - Take a small knife or grab a spoon and dig out the middle part of each bagel. Don't go too far - leave enough around the edges so they won't fall apart.
03 - Beat your eggs and heavy cream together till they're mixed well. Then toss in your shredded cheese, the meat bits if you're using them, your cooked veggies, and a bit of salt and pepper.
04 - Grab a spoon and put the egg mix into your hollowed-out bagels. Fill them up to the top but don't let them overflow.
05 - Put your stuffed bagels on your buttered tray. Let them cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until the egg part is firm and turns a bit golden on top.
06 - Let the bagels cool off a little bit. Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top if you want. Cut them in half if you'd like and eat them while they're still warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can mix it up by throwing in some cooked veggies or trying different kinds of cheese for new flavors.
