06 - 150 grams granulated sugar
07 - 55 grams firmly packed light brown sugar
08 - 120 grams sour cream
09 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
10 - 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
11 - 160 grams canned pumpkin
12 - 4.5 grams pumpkin spice

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 23x33 cm baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Incorporate granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until well combined. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, stirring to integrate fully.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the canned pumpkin and pumpkin spice until evenly distributed. Pour this mixture over the prepared crust.
04 - Bake at 175°C for 45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a finer crust texture, pulse graham crackers in a food processor. To minimize cracking, cool the bars gradually by leaving the oven door ajar after baking. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 5 days.
