# Ingredients Required:

01 - 30 g vanilla protein powder
02 - Pinch of salt (optional, if using unsalted peanut butter)
03 - 2 tsp sugar-free chocolate chips

04 - 22 g peanut butter (or almond/cashew butter)
05 - 22 to 30 ml Greek yogurt
06 - 5 to 10 ml maple syrup (optional)

01 - If peanut butter is thick, warm it in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds until creamy.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix protein powder, peanut butter, and 22 ml Greek yogurt. Add maple syrup if a sweeter flavor is desired or if protein powder is unflavored.
