# Ingredients Required:

→ Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

01 - 6 to 7 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled

→ Binding and Seasoning

02 - 30 to 40 grams corn flour (3 to 4 tablespoons)
03 - 0.5 gram black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon)
04 - 2 grams red chili flakes (1 teaspoon)
05 - Salt to taste
06 - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Add corn flour, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt, and fresh coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes.
02 - Mix all ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth dough-like mixture.
03 - Roll portions of the dough and cut into desired shapes. Use chopsticks or a pencil to press and create indentations on each piece.
04 - Deep fry the shaped crispers in hot oil until they turn golden brown and achieve a crispy texture. Remove and drain excess oil.
05 - Serve the potato crispers hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
