10 - 80 ml sun-dried tomatoes, bite-size pieces

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 163°C.
02 - Combine nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl and whisk until blended.
03 - Place cashews, almonds, and walnuts in a medium bowl and mix.
04 - Drizzle olive oil over the nut mixture, sprinkle the seasoning blend, then stir thoroughly to coat evenly.
05 - Spread the nuts evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
06 - Add sun-dried tomatoes to the cooled nut mixture and stir to combine.
07 - Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
