Bacon Pineapple BBQ (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
02 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
03 - 60 ml barbecue sauce
04 - 4 burger buns
05 - 4 slices beef bacon
06 - 4 pineapple slices

→ Beef Mixture

07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
10 - 450 g ground beef

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab your buns and slather both cut sides with barbecue sauce first. Toss on the lettuce, then add a beef patty, a crisp slice of bacon, the sweet roasted pineapple, and some rings of red onion. Dig in right away.
02 - Pop the pineapple on the tray right after the patties have baked for 15 minutes. Let everything cook together for another 5 minutes.
03 - Set your shaped burger patties on that lined baking sheet and let them bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
04 - Lay those bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat and cook until they're crunchy. Move them to a paper towel to soak up any leftover grease. Leave them aside for later.
05 - Dump the ground beef into a bowl, sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Give it a good mix with your hands, then shape into four equal burgers.
06 - Switch your oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper so nothing sticks.
