Pop the pineapple on the tray right after the patties have baked for 15 minutes. Let everything cook together for another 5 minutes.

Set your shaped burger patties on that lined baking sheet and let them bake for 15 minutes in the oven.

Lay those bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat and cook until they're crunchy. Move them to a paper towel to soak up any leftover grease. Leave them aside for later.
