Lay pear slices in slightly overlapping layers to fully cover the base.

Scatter crumbled Gorgonzola cheese evenly over the pears.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the base is golden and crisp and the cheese has melted.

Remove from oven. Generously drizzle honey on top, then garnish with chopped walnuts, arugula leaves, and freshly cracked black pepper.
