# Ingredients Required:

→ Base

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry or 1 piece store-bought flatbread

→ Toppings

02 - 2 pears, thinly sliced
03 - 120 grams Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
04 - 60 milliliters honey
05 - 30 grams chopped walnuts
06 - A handful arugula leaves

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - Freshly cracked black pepper

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet. If using flatbread, place it directly on the baking sheet.
02 - Drizzle olive oil evenly over the puff pastry or flatbread base to enhance flavor and prevent sticking.
03 - Lay pear slices in slightly overlapping layers to fully cover the base.
04 - Scatter crumbled Gorgonzola cheese evenly over the pears.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the base is golden and crisp and the cheese has melted.
06 - Remove from oven. Generously drizzle honey on top, then garnish with chopped walnuts, arugula leaves, and freshly cracked black pepper.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For variation, substitute Gorgonzola with goat cheese or blue cheese, and walnuts with pecans.
