PB Chocolate Bites (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (grab vegan ones if you want it totally plant-based)
02 - 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
03 - 6 tablespoons honey
04 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup chunky peanut butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Pop some liners—paper or silicone—into the muffin tin. That's gonna make grabbing them out later a breeze.
02 - Toss the chocolate chips in a different saucepan. Let 'em melt on low until they're shiny and smooth. Set aside for now.
03 - Grab a saucepan and turn on low heat. Put in the honey, chunky peanut butter, and a pinch of salt. Keep stirring as everything gets all blended and silky. Take it off the heat.
04 - Now dump in those Rice Krispies, mixing until all of them get good and coated with the peanut butter mix.
05 - Spoon the Krispies mix into the lined muffin spots. Give each one a gentle press so it makes a good base.
06 - Spoon over some of the melty chocolate so it covers every peanut butter base.
07 - Stick the muffin tin in the fridge for at least 60 minutes so the chocolate gets set. Peel off the liners and dig in to these crunchy chocolatey cups!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Better chocolate chips bring out bolder flavor―splurge if you can.
02 - Use chunky peanut butter if you like a little crunch in every bite.
