Peach Watermelon Summer Salad (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruits

01 - 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
02 - 3 ripe peaches, sliced

→ Vegetables & Herbs

03 - 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
04 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

→ Dressing

05 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
06 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
07 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Optional Garnish

08 - Crumbled feta cheese (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Slice the peaches into wedges or thin slices, peeling optional. Combine both in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Thinly slice the English cucumber and chop the fresh mint leaves. Add both into the bowl with the fruit, distributing evenly to infuse aroma.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, honey if using, and a pinch of sea salt until evenly combined.
04 - Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and vegetables. Gently toss to coat all ingredients without breaking up the peaches.
05 - Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or platter. Optionally sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Additional Tips:

01 - To maintain texture, prepare the dressing separately and toss it with the salad immediately before serving to prevent excess moisture.
