# How to Make It:

01 - Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Slice the peaches into wedges or thin slices. Combine both in a large bowl.
02 - Thinly slice the English cucumber and add to the bowl. Sprinkle chopped fresh mint leaves over the fruit.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, honey (if using), and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
