Peach Sorbet Summer Delight (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Sorbet Base

01 - 120 ml cold water
02 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
03 - 4 big juicy peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced up
04 - 80 g white sugar

→ Optional Sweetener

05 - 1 tablespoon honey, add as much as you like

# How to Make It:

01 - Dish out the sorbet into your bowls. Top with some peach slices if you want. Dig in right away.
02 - Let the sorbet chill in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. For the first 2 hours, give it a good stir every half hour so it gets nice and smooth.
03 - Transfer the blended peach mix into a shallow dish that’s freezer-safe. Cover it up snugly with plastic wrap or something similar.
04 - After blending, take a little taste. Too tart? Mix in some honey until it’s sweet enough for you.
05 - Blend everything on high until you don’t see any lumps and it looks super smooth.
06 - Toss the sliced peaches, the sugar, lemon juice, and water all into your blender together.
07 - Take off the skins, remove the pits, then slice your peaches however you like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Grab peaches that are really juicy and soft so the flavor pops.
02 - Stirring during those first freezer rounds helps avoid icy chunks.
03 - If it’s frozen too solid, just set it out until it softens up—don’t wrestle with your scooper.
