Dish out the sorbet into your bowls. Top with some peach slices if you want. Dig in right away.

Let the sorbet chill in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. For the first 2 hours, give it a good stir every half hour so it gets nice and smooth.

Transfer the blended peach mix into a shallow dish that’s freezer-safe. Cover it up snugly with plastic wrap or something similar.

After blending, take a little taste. Too tart? Mix in some honey until it’s sweet enough for you.

Blend everything on high until you don’t see any lumps and it looks super smooth.

Toss the sliced peaches, the sugar, lemon juice, and water all into your blender together.

Take off the skins, remove the pits, then slice your peaches however you like.
