Spoon approximately 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of the filling onto the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Lightly brush or spray the tops of the rolled tortillas with cooking spray or olive oil to ensure crispiness.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until taquitos are golden brown and crispy.
