Remove the orange peel from the milk. Add the chopped dark chocolate, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and caster sugar to the warm milk. Stir continuously over low heat until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

At the end, stir in 30 ml fresh orange juice to enhance the citrus flavor, mixing thoroughly.
