09 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 175°C, ensuring enough oil to submerge the onion rings completely.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; stir thoroughly to blend.
03 - Pour buttermilk into a separate bowl for dipping, and place panko breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
04 - Dip each onion ring into buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the flour mixture, shaking off surplus.
05 - Return floured onion ring to the buttermilk briefly, then dredge thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently for adhesion.
06 - Carefully immerse coated rings into hot oil in batches to prevent overcrowding; fry for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.
07 - Use a slotted spoon to transfer fried onion rings onto paper towels to absorb residual oil.
08 - Present the onion rings warm alongside your preferred dipping sauce.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Maintain oil temperature at 175°C for optimal crispness and to avoid oil absorption.
