# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat a large Dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat. Add olive oil if using. Add spicy Italian sausage and cook, breaking it up, until browned and fully cooked, about 4 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Add diced red and green bell peppers and chopped onions to the pot. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and sliced pepperoni; cook for an additional minute.
03 - Pour in the pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and dried oregano. Add water, season lightly with salt and ground black pepper, stir well, and bring to a boil.
04 - Once boiling, add the dry pasta and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
05 - Remove from heat. Stir in shredded mozzarella and sliced black olives until cheese melts and ingredients are combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley or basil.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a richer flavor, opt for a meat-flavored marinara sauce. Stir occasionally during simmering to avoid pasta sticking.
