One Pan Meatball Stroganoff (Printable Version)

A comforting blend of meatballs, mushrooms, and noodles simmered in a creamy stroganoff sauce.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Meatballs

01 - 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 454 g cremini mushrooms, sliced
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 720 ml beef stock

→ Stroganoff

06 - 454 g frozen meatballs
07 - 2 tsp paprika
08 - 227 g wide egg noodles
09 - 120 ml sour cream
10 - Salt and black pepper to taste
11 - Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
12 - Grated parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and sliced mushrooms, sauté for 3-4 minutes until onions begin to soften. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
02 - Add beef stock, frozen meatballs, paprika, and wide egg noodles to the pan. Stir to combine evenly.
03 - Cover the pan, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the liquid mostly absorbs, noodles are tender, and meatballs are heated through.
04 - Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley and grated parmesan if desired.
