# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 113 grams butter, unsalted
02 - 240 milliliters milk, whole
03 - 95 grams flour, all-purpose
04 - 4 eggs, large
05 - 7 to 15 milliliters sugar, granulated, optional for extra sweetness

→ For Finish and Serving

06 - Granulated sugar for topping
07 - Honey for topping, if wanted
08 - Whipped cream for serving, if wanted
09 - Fresh berries or fruit for serving, if wanted

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn oven to 190°C. Cover a regular muffin tin with plenty of grease, making sure to coat the edges too.
02 - Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Pour in milk and heat until it just starts to bubble.
03 - Put all flour into the pot at once. Stir hard with a wooden spoon on low heat until you get a ball of dough that doesn't stick to the sides.
04 - Take pot off the heat and let the dough sit for 5 minutes to cool down.
05 - Drop in eggs one by one, stirring each one in completely with your wooden spoon before adding another. Don't worry if it looks weird at first - it'll smooth out.
06 - Share the dough equally between all muffin cups. Scatter some sugar on top of each one.
07 - Cook for 30 minutes until they've risen well and turned a nice golden color.
08 - Let them cool a bit. Add honey drizzle and enjoy with whipped cream or fresh fruit if you want.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can skip adding extra sugar to the dough since most sweetness comes from the sugar on top and stuff like honey or fruit.
02 - Keep the oven door closed during the first part of baking to get the best puff and texture.
