# Ingredients Required:

→ Pretzels

01 - 24 mini pretzels

→ Caramel

02 - 12 soft caramel candies
03 - 15 ml heavy cream or water

→ Chocolate Coating

04 - 170 g chocolate chips or melting wafers
05 - 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange 12 pretzels in a single layer.
02 - Unwrap caramel candies and melt them with heavy cream or water in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
03 - Spoon melted caramel onto each pretzel and place another pretzel on top to form sandwiches.
04 - Chill the tray in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 to 15 minutes until the caramel sets.
05 - Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between sessions until smooth.
06 - Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway or fully into the melted chocolate.
07 - Place dipped pretzels on parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
08 - Chill pretzels again until the chocolate coating is firm.
09 - Store the pretzel bites in an airtight container or serve immediately.
