Bring mixture to a rolling boil and maintain for one full minute without stirring.

Remove saucepan from heat and immediately stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until fully integrated.

Fold in oats and mix thoroughly until all are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.

Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment or wax paper. Allow to set at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, or until firm.
