# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Slice chicken breasts horizontally into thinner fillets and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
02 - In one bowl, combine buttermilk with hot sauce. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, cornstarch, and cayenne pepper.
03 - Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip into the buttermilk mixture, and return to the flour mixture to achieve an even coating.
04 - Heat oil to 175°C. Fry chicken fillets for approximately 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
05 - Whisk reserved hot frying oil with additional cayenne pepper to form a spicy sauce. Baste the warm fried chicken with this sauce for enhanced flavor.
06 - Toast burger buns and spread mayonnaise on each half. Layer with fried chicken and coleslaw before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Adjust cayenne pepper to control heat level. Marinate chicken in the buttermilk mixture for at least 30 minutes to intensify flavor. Serve immediately to maintain crispiness.
