Mint Oreo Bark (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - A few drops green food coloring, your preference
02 - About 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
03 - 24 ounces white chocolate chips
04 - 20 Oreo cookies, smashed up

# How to Make It:

01 - Pop the pan in the freezer for a couple of hours till it’s set. Snap into pieces once firm, then share.
02 - Slide everything onto wax paper in your baking dish and even it out with your spatula.
03 - Gently fold in all the Oreo bits so everything’s mixed together.
04 - Toss in the mint extract plus your green coloring. Stir until it all looks and tastes just right.
05 - In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt up the white chocolate chips—just do what the package says.
06 - Grab your Oreos and smash them into chunky pieces. Leave them in a bowl for now.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Cut with a knife warmed up for less mess and sharp edges after chilling.
