Meat Lover’s Pizza (Printable Version)

A savory pizza topped with seasoned beef, sausage, pepperoni, and melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Dough

01 - 120 ml warm water
02 - 0.5 teaspoon active dry yeast
03 - 0.25 teaspoon granulated sugar
04 - 160 g all-purpose flour
05 - 0.75 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

→ Toppings

07 - 80–120 ml pizza sauce
08 - 180 g shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 120 g cooked and crumbled beef
11 - 120 g cooked and crumbled hot sausage
12 - 60 g pepperoni slices
13 - Ground black pepper to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine warm water, active dry yeast, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Stir to dissolve and let proof until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
02 - In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour and salt. With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the yeast mixture, then increase speed. Add olive oil if needed and mix until a smooth dough ball forms and pulls away from the bowl sides.
03 - Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 1 hour.
04 - Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
05 - Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Shape the dough to desired size and place it on the baking sheet.
06 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
07 - Distribute cooked beef, sausage, and pepperoni evenly. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and season with ground black pepper.
08 - Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 - Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
