In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour and salt. With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the yeast mixture, then increase speed. Add olive oil if needed and mix until a smooth dough ball forms and pulls away from the bowl sides.

Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 1 hour.

Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Shape the dough to desired size and place it on the baking sheet.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Distribute cooked beef, sausage, and pepperoni evenly. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and season with ground black pepper.

Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
