01 -
Heat up what's left of the pizza sauce so folks can dunk their slices when serving.
02 -
Crank your oven up to 400°F (205°C) to get it ready.
03 -
Toss the ground beef, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt in a big skillet. Cook and stir it around over medium heat till the meat turns brown. Pour off any fat left over.
04 -
Let the beef chill for a minute, then stir in about 1/3 cup of pizza sauce.
05 -
Spread out your pizza dough right on a baking sheet with sides that aren't too tall.
06 -
First, spoon 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce down the middle. Throw on those provolone slices, then pepperoni, your beef blend, and finish with the mozzarella.
07 -
With a sharp knife, make 1-inch wide strips on both sides, cutting in toward the center. Cross those dough strips back and forth over the middle to tuck everything inside.
08 -
Swipe melted butter across the top and dust with Parmesan plus the leftover 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano.
09 -
Pop the pan in the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or till the outside's golden and cooked through.
